David has focused his practice on estate planning and related tax matters since 2000.  He began as a solo practitioner in Annapolis and later practiced at regional, national and international law firms before settling into the boutique estate planning practice.  He has advised ultra-high net worth families on strategies for wealth preservation and transmission, including strategic charitable giving techniques and planning for disability.  As a former litigator, he handles courtroom practice before the Orphans’ Court and acts as an advisor to litigation counsel.  He also has many years of experience preparing estate tax and gift tax returns.
